1. How long does setup take?

Setup typically takes 90–120 minutes. Larger installations or detailed designs may require additional time.

2. How long will the balloons last?

When kept indoors, balloons can last up to 30 days. Longevity depends on temperature, air conditioning, sunlight exposure, and handling.

3. Do you use professional-grade balloons?

Yes. All décor is created using professional-grade balloons designed for durability, color quality, and longer-lasting displays.

 

4. Can I choose the colors or theme?

Yes. You may select a color palette or provide inspiration photos. All designs are custom-styled and not duplicated exactly.

 

5. Do you offer same-day or last-minute bookings?

Same-day and last-minute bookings may be available based on availability and may require an additional fee.

 

6. Do you travel?

Yes. Travel fees may apply depending on location and will be discussed during booking.

 

7. Is a deposit required?

Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date and time. The remaining balance is due prior to setup.

🏨 Room & Surprise Décor FAQs

1. Do you set up in hotels or Airbnbs?

Yes. Hotel and Airbnb setups are available and must follow property policies, access rules, and coordination requirements.

 

2. Do you move furniture or rearrange the room?

Rooms must be prepared prior to arrival. Minor adjustments may be made, but full furniture rearranging is not included.

3. Do balloons float to the ceiling?

Ceiling balloons are included in select packages only. Helium ceiling balloons are not included unless specifically stated or added on.

4. Do you clean up after the setup?

If rental items are included, a cleanup fee is included. If no rental items are used, décor is left with the client for disposal.

5. Are room setups private and discreet?

Yes. Room and surprise setups are completed discreetly and coordinated carefully to preserve privacy and the surprise element.

 

💍 Proposals

 

1. Can you guarantee the setup will be completed before my partner arrives?

Yes, provided accurate access times and instructions are given in advance. Timing is coordinated closely for proposal setups.

2. What happens if hotel access is delayed or denied?

Delays or denied access beyond the decorator’s control may affect setup time. Additional fees may apply if extended waiting time or rescheduling is required.

3. Can I customize or add items to a proposal setup?

Yes. Proposal setups may be customized with additional décor or services based on availability and pricing.

4. Do proposal setups require a deposit?

Yes. Proposal bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure the date and time.
